Important! All employees are asked (not required) to have a GPS tracking device (that we ship out to you) placed on their work vehicle for emergencies, security, and your protection. We ship it out to you, you hook it to your car battery and that’s it. We use an in-office tracking system (only during your work hours) to track you in-cases of you or your customer, or both, run into any emergency issues, or any issue. This helps emergency personnel to get to you faster, and provides adequate documentation and information to help you quicker, and for legal purposes when necessary. Your GPS is only activated during the work hours that you put on your time sheet. Only office and emergency personnel will have access to your emergency tracking. The device only tracks locations, and location info. Nothing more. It is also only viewed in any event of an emergency, including anything small as a flat tire. We have roaming security personnel that can get to you as well to help. You also have the option to turn off your tracking system at anytime. Our ‘Vivi Employee Security Tracking’ (VEST) is a very handy tool in times of need, and is not only used for drivers but many other uses as well. Requires a $10 a month subscription should you opt in. Choose to opt in or cancel at any time. Our security systems are constantly being updated with new and more advanced technology with out any extra cost.
